Understand how our camps are designed to improve your child's brain development!

What Happens During these 4-Days?

This camp is designed to strengthen how your child focuses,

learns and builds a positive, resilient mindset through structured activities across 4 days.

Each day builds on the previous one, helping your child develop better learning habits and confidence.

Day 1: Understanding & Awareness

🧠 Your child goes through a CognitiveMAP® assessment to take a deep dive into their brain, so as to better understand how they process, focus and learn

🧠 Based on that, their training throughout the camp is personalised to their strengths and areas for improvement

🧠 They are introduced to simple memory techniques (such as the Peg Memory System) to improve memory in a practical and engaging way

By the end of Day 1, a clear understanding of your child’s cognitive profile will be formed, allowing us to tailor training exercises to their unique learning capabilities

Day 2: Core & Coordinate

šŸŽÆ Your child goes through core and coordination-based activities to support better attention, focus and body control

šŸŽÆ Cognitive Exercises are personalised based on their CognitiveMAPĀ® profile, helping them strengthen specific areas that affect how they learn

šŸŽÆ They are introduced to simple techniques to manage emotions and stay engaged, including mindful breathing

šŸŽÆ They also learn study techniques to identify mistakes and improve memory, using guided methods such as flashcards and error detection

By the end of Day 2, your child would have participated in exercises to improve focus, thinking speed, manage distractions and also learnt how to regulate their emotions.

Day 3: Speed & Flexibility

šŸš€ Your child goes through activities designed to improve processing speed and mental flexibility, helping them respond and learn more quickly

šŸš€ They continue with personalised cognitive training, strengthening key areas based on their learning profile

šŸš€ They are guided to develop a more resilient mindset, learning to approach challenges with a ā€œnot yetā€ perspective

šŸš€ They practise simple techniques to stay focused and regulate attention, including mindful body awareness

šŸš€ They also build on memory strategies, learning how to retain information more effectively through structured repetition and recall methods

By the end of Day 3, your child would have exercised their thinking speed, allowing them to respond more quickly, while approaching learning with greater confidence and resilience

Day 4: Plan & Precision

šŸ† Your child goes through activities that develop planning, sequencing and task execution, helping them complete work more accurately and efficiently

šŸ† They are introduced to simple ways to manage motivation and follow through on tasks, especially when things feel challenging

šŸ† Throughout the day, they apply what they have learned over the past few days in structured tasks and guided activities

By the end of the camp, your child is not just exposed to new techniques but would have acquired the skills to apply them in a more consistent and practical way.

By the end of the 4 days, your child would have experienced a whole-brain workout to strengthen their focus, develop stronger learning habits, and practical strategies they can continue using beyond the camp.

Some Common Questions Parents Ask

When will the CognitiveMAPĀ® assessment be done?

The CognitiveMAPĀ® assessment will be done on Day 1 of the camp.

This allows us to better understand your child’s learning profile early on, so that activities over the next few days can be adjusted accordingly.

What will the children be doing during the camp?

Each day includes a mix of physical and cognitive activities, designed to improve focus, coordination and processing.

Along the way, children are also introduced to simple strategies for managing emotions, improving memory, and staying engaged during tasks.

The aim is for them to leave with skills they can continue applying beyond the camp.

What if my child is unable to attend one of the days?

If your child is unable to attend, you may arrange for a make-up session during another camp run,

or attend one of our Scholar classes over the following weeks.

How are the students grouped?

Students are grouped by level, typically into Lower and Upper Primary, and Secondary levels, to ensure that activities are paced appropriately.

Is this suitable for children with specific needs (e.g. ADHD, CP)?

Our Coaches have had experience working with children with a range of learning and developmental needs.

If your child has specific considerations, please reserve a slot for your child below so that you can check in with our team.

They will be able to advise on suitability.

What age group is this suitable for?

The camp is suitable for children aged 7 to 16.

Students are grouped based on age and level to ensure the pace is appropriate.

How does this help my child improve focus, motivation and learning overall?

This programme focuses on strengthening the underlying skills that support learning such as attention, memory, processing and emotional regulation.

When these areas improve, children often find it easier to stay focused, complete tasks, and approach learning with more confidence.

The goal is not to ā€œmake them smarterā€ overnight, but to help them learn and function more effectively over time.

Is this tuition?

This is not a tuition programme.

Tuition focuses on academic content and subjects.

This programme focuses on how your child processes, focuses and learns which supports their performance across different subjects.
